Mesa Trip

Hey guys, so its a little late, but i wanted to write about my mesa trip haha

so where to start? I guess the saturday before we left, when i went to rehersal, it was nice, got to test my ppt and then went kettling afterwards.. fast forward to wednesday, rehersal, got there late but yeah, thurday, rehersal, got there earlier lol.. kinda hung out, had a meeting later on lol... afterwards, we [me and the toys] went to my house to pick up my luggage and we went to in-n-out for dinner haha YUM! lol.. loren had a 3x3 which is like wow thats a big burger haha.. lessee went to toys house to eat lol.. i went to sleep early since everyone was upstairs packing and what not so i was well rested the next day x] morning, we woke up, loren actually managed to wake me up by knocking on the door lol.. i seem to wake up easier when im not at home took a shower, then went to pack a few things, shirt, book [i had done some hw earlier] and we played Wii haha i love the Wii its so fun x] umm what else.. had krispie kreams for breakfast... originally was going to eat only one but then they were going to throw out the box and im like noo thats so wasteful so i ate one or two more i dont quite remember.... lol.. took forever packing the car but finally got on our way.

Lol... Major Keilah drove first and we passed Major Ron's car because they "were going too slow" we played cards in the car for a while but eventually fell asleep haha... lunch, we stopped at in-n-out again and then i think Luke drove.. went through a bunch more cities, slept through some of them, looooooooooooooong drive haha and stopped for a bit to get gas lol.. then continued with luke driving and got there a bit before everyone else did lol.. since we didnt have dinner, we stopped by carls jr. lol... enough of that tho lol.. its was a looooong 13 hours haha ooh we played more cards =D

Saturday, woke up, took a shower, went to the corps to eat lunch, then had rehersal, i helped Major Jones with stuff around the Corps, then went bowling with the local youth, dinner, fellowship, then returned to billets. Bowling was fun... we ended up not going by the names and just bowled haha... IRON everyones shirt when we got back to the room later at night

Sunday, woke up, did the assembly lol... Singing to begin with lol.. got to sing with everyone, then went over the verse of the week, lol.. had everyone repeat it a billion times, and then Luke prayed. Christina did the object lesson and Amelia did the offering at the end. Service, we had the worship set led by Chris, Brandon's scripture reading, Major Ron's prayer and Nikole's testimony. Then Major Keilah gave the sermon and we did the special song. Afterwards, we had lunch, monday practice except me, darren, and Victor and Karen went out to the local mall to hang out for a little while. We came back and had dinner at the Major [Jones] house, played UNO, and then went out to South Mountain overlooking Phoenix. It was SO amazing lol... like at first i didnt want to go, but since it looked like i was the only one who wanted to stay, i decided to go follow and then i got there and [after the car sick thing] was like "WOAH! this is AMAZING" in my head of course

Monday, woke up later for brunch and then went to Old Town Scottsdale.. had fun walking around lol... came back to the mesa area and went back to the mall mentioned on sunday... stayed up REALLY LATE that night until like 5 or 5:30 but going to back track first... we had games until like 10:30 and food, got Major Jones to do the DDR with me lol After that, we had some stuff going on from 10:45ish to midnight, counted down and then got set up for the concerts lol..SO fun... came back to the hall, ate more tacos, and then back to the rooms lol... played a game of bang, everyone ganged up on me so i got to sleep early =[ didnt get to play much tho but oh well, i was less tired Tuesday, woke up when the Toys were leaving, helped them bring some stuff out, couldnt sleep, took a shower, tried to figure out what to wear, but couldnt so i eventually just picked some stuff lol... went to the outlet malls, saw the Toys again, forgot to get my pants that i left in their car, and then later on, got to the airport, long lines everywhere, but then later at the gate, we had to get seats... finally like 15 minutes before the plane was closing its doors, i got a seat and had a nice ride, did some more hw, and came back with some minor turbulence. Got dropped off by Eunice's mom... lol... that reminds me.. Steve still has my charger..... but yeah, basically my trip =]

btw lol... i am going to call loren "Silly Loren" lol... x] inside jokes are awesome
