recent stuff
So....Friday, the 14th
Morning, I was going to school and waiting at the bus stop in chinatown when this lady comes up to me and asks me to read something in english for her so im like sure why not, its a nice thing to do so it turns out that another lady is lost and doesnt know who she is and they wanted me to read her name tag so that she can find her way home. Well, i look at the address and see that its the address for Silvercrest, the Salvation Army senior residence thingy so im like omg and i tell her that i'll take her home. [What a coincidence!] Well anyways, while on the bus, i try to find the number for Silvercrest to tell them what happened in case everyones looking for her but i cant find the number on 411 and suddenly, i remember that my friends mom works for Silvercrest so im like OOOH i'll call her! so yeah stuff happens and we meet up with another lady that works there too. but thats soo cool, the lady that was lost turns out to be Jovina's GRANDMOTHER! WHOAH! What a twist! lol [It will turn out later that a bunch of people found out what i did and im like O_O NOO.. lol.. people dont need to know! -__- so i guess now you guys know how i met jovina's grandmother... or not lol.. i kno few people actually read my xanga..]
I get to school missing my 4/5 class, but Ms. Melvin understands cuz my friends mom drove me to school to explain to my teacher what happened.... so yeah... WINTERFAIRE was that day too! IT WAS SO FUN! lol... not counting the classes i still had to go to... well.. dance was still fun tho i couldnt get the timing exact cuz now theres no mirror.... hahha
Winterball was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO fun like beyond fun lol.. we had dinner with a group of people at this place called Basil Pie and we both split two Lamb Skewers and a bowl/plate type thing of Pad Thai it was so good lol.. then we got to the place like 40 minutes too early so we're talking to each other and yeahh... Pictures when we got in... SOOOO MUCH MONEY lol... i feel so chinese... i calculated which package was cheaper per individual picture -__- haha so yeah... later on, we all got onto the dance floor, and i finally convinced my date to dance.. initially she wanted to just watch everyone dance and im like no.. dance once.. thats why they call this a dance lol.. well technically winterball but yeah lol... FUN! haha but DANG lol.... some of these people looked like they werent dancing lol.. lets just say that... got two mugs at the end.. lol... like the asian i am, i had to get as much free stuff as possible XD and yeahh
SATURDAY.... woke up kinda late, ate, played a little DS, then i went down to AAYBC for the Christmas Party thing and i think it went pretty well....
Sunday... after church, i went shopping to get a thick jacket and then i went to AAYBC again to hang out with everyone lol.... stayed out soo late tho.. lol.. but fun
Monday... TOOK A MUCH DESERVED REST AFTER A SEMESTER [pretty much]
Tuesday, went kettling with Loren, Lauren, Eunice and Nikole and i think we did decent.. almost 150... then we all went out to see enchanted with diane too lol... YAY for CHICK FLICKS! or i dont kno if that one counts but yay in general i guess haha
Wednesday.... Went to the hospital to volunteer again lol... stayed pretty late but i like it lol.. i think its fun x]
